Jake's 58 in Islandia is officially open at 100% capacity for the first time in more than a year.
"As long as they're vaccinated, they have an option to take face masks off. But you can still see some people are wearing their face masks. We're also having our employees wear their face masks, we want to make sure they're safe still," said Michael Bonakdar.
Venues across the Island and the state are fully reopening, including Fairfield Properties Ballpark in Central Islip, the home of the Ducks.
Yankee stadium in the Bronx plans to reopen at 100% capacity Friday. Citi Field, home of the Mets, will be at full capacity on Monday.
The U.S. Open Tennis Tournament will be at 100% for the two-week event in Queens from Aug. 30 to Sept. 12.
Nassau Coliseum is 100% open with a section for unvaccinated fans.
