? It?s official. Seton Hall announced at a press conference Friday that Manhattan basketball coach Bobby Gonzalez will lead the Pirates.
Gonzalez said he is excited about the coaching opportunity in New Jersey. Manhattan has not released an official statement on possible replacements for the coach.
Gonzalez led the Jaspers to a 129-77 record over seven seasons and to two appearances at the NCAA tournament. Some are questioning whether top players will now transfer from the school.
