Juice bar BKYLN Blend is partnering with two major sneaker brands in a new, community-focused collaboration.
Co-founder Keishon Warren and his father first launched the BKYLN Blend business with a location in Bed-Stuy in 2015. In 2020, they expanded to East New York.
Warren says sneaker and clothing brand Kith recently approached them to do a collaboration in partnership with Vans for their “Love Thy Community” campaign.
Warren tells News 12 the initiative matched perfectly with BKYLN Blend’s mission to serve the community.
With the help of Kith, they designed a sneaker that represents the essence of their brand and iconic landmarks like the Brooklyn Bridge and The Cyclone in Coney Island.
Warren says they have already sold around half of the 500 limited-edition sneakers. On Monday, he says they will begin offering delivery.
