The parents of a Port Jefferson woman accused in a fatal New York City shoving incident posted $500,000 bond Friday.

Lauren Pazienza, 26, allegedly knocked down 87-year-old Barbara Gustern, who suffered a head injury in the fall and died five days later. An eyewitness saw the alleged assault and went to help Gustern.

Pazienza is being charged with manslaughter.

She is expected to be released from Rikers Island, according to her lawyer. It's unclear where she is as of Friday evening.

Pazienza was recently living in Astoria, Queens, but she had been at her parent's house in Port Jefferson until she turned herself in.

Gustern, the woman she allegedly shoved, was a Broadway singing coach.

Police are calling the incident an unprovoked attack between two strangers.

Prosecutors say it's possible Pazienza could face more legal trouble for allegedly trying to avoid arrest by deleting her social media accounts.
