Take it, you know, today, I'm calling it for a good ish day now because you're not going to be seeing the wet weather and notice our silver lining here, 60 degrees. That's nice and very warm, big departure for December 2nd. And uh we are noticing the trend also heading into the pre dawn hours into tomorrow. Now by tomorrow afternoon, you'll definitely need those umbrellas, a lighter jacket alert for sure. Today, what to wear looks like that um, umbrella for tomorrow's soggy on and off showers all day and heading into dinner time. That's when things really start to improve. But a seasonal return once again, specifically Wednesday into Thursday, as we walk you through our future cast, the clouds are here and they will continue to stay with us thickening and also gradually building to more shower activity heading into overnight at first light, but then we have these rounds of rain. So, you know, not everyone gets to see them and experience them all at once, but their heavier pockets also embedded as early as eight and seven o'clock in the morning. You'll notice Brooklyn, you kinda see that, especially when we're talking about heading towards the afternoon time frame. So after 12 o'clock, that's when we can start to notice a bit more of those moderate heavier pockets, the contours of the deeper um, greens, as well as oranges and yellows. We're gonna need those umbrellas handy all day tomorrow. So be mindful of that accessory by four o'clock, things really lighten up and the showers seem like they kind of exit. But, you know, we are left with the clouds still at bay. So it's kind of a bit more of a damp start heading into Monday. Nice, beautiful clearing and the sunshine is back into play as we start off the next week. Now, as far as rain total, it looks like this. So three quarters of an inch close to an inch for some spots, very localized. I'm not very concerned about localized flooding. Uh but because it seems to be such kind of like nuisance rain, it's just gonna be a rainy day and that's something to just be mindful about. By Tuesday, Wednesday, we get back into the forties and as we start off Hanukkah on Thursday, we are expecting drier conditions and high temperatures into the forties. Much more like December.

Legendary director Spike Lee hosts a Pop-Up Stoop Sale

Well he's known for directing some of the best films the last couple of decades, like do the right thing Malcolm X er recently black Klansman, but for his next joint, Spike lee is spending today hosting a pop up stoop sale right here in our borough where of course he lives, News twelve's Jordan's Hussein is there now, Jordan's hope the block is still standing. Yeah, I've hardly ever seen anything like this. People are lining about two or three blocks behind us to make their way to the 40 acres and a mule studio. That's spike Lee's actual film production headquarters and today some New Yorkers. I've been waiting in line for hours to get their hands on what they call a legends memorabilia, legendary director, producer and actor. Spike lee in the flesh this afternoon and hosting his very own Spike lee pop up stoop sale. The legend himself signed memorabilia for those brooklynites who came out to support getting their hands on limited edition items like Spike lee inspired hats, socks, shirts, books and more. The well known filmmaker produce some of the generations biggest box office hits. Like do the right thing in black Klansmen. The films often exploring issues like race relations and urban crime and violence for some brooklynites lining the block here today, Spike lee is far more than just a filmmaker. I think he is a living legend. He's a living icon and we need to preserve and look up to them and take care of them while they're here. Right, so this is a great time to connect with somebody like that and just pay your respects. And now today is the only day that the stoop sale is set to take place, But it's not the first one.
