LISC NYC grant program helps keep minority-owned businesses afloat
The Local Initiatives Support Corporation, or LISC NYC, helped pay bills and keep staff on board for businesses that would have otherwise had to close, such as the Hip Hop Closet in the Brooklyn Navy Yard.
