- Co-op City Retail Space
The following sites are closed in the Bronx:
- Rain Boston Road Senior Center
- Wakefield (4101 White Plains Rd.)
- H+H Mobile Testing van - Morris Heights
- Partner Mobile Testing vans in Melrose, Morrisania, Bathgate, West Farms/Van Nest, Throggs Neck, Soundview, Hunts Point, Crotona and Norwood.
The following sites are open in Brooklyn:
- Coney Island Hospital
- Gotham Hospital, Cumberland
- Gotham, Jonathan Williams Houses
- Starrett City
- Red Hook Recreation Center
- Kings County Hospital
