A Locust Point man who has been feuding for years with his absentee neighbors over disrepair and litter in their yard says the problem is getting worse.
Marty Levine says that since the residents next door moved to North Carolina around four years ago, people have been discarding trash in their yard -- and it doesn't get cleaned up.
"Good neighbors would take care of a property and not let this happen," Levine says. "There are rodents and feral cats, and people throw garbage in here all the time."
News 12 previously visited the Prentiss Avenue property in March and found visible trash littering the yard, and the situation appeared unfixed on Monday.
Levine says he has contacted elected officials to no avail.
The homeowner did not return a request for comment, and she has declined to speak with News 12 about the issue in the past.
The Department of Sanitation says it will inspect the property on Tuesday.
