Bruckner Commons is expanding with new stores and opportunities
7ds agoLocal officials and community leaders came together to celebrate the grand opening of the Belmont Cove.
"We are offering a new building that offers 100% affordable housing for families across the Bronx," explained Radame Perez, of Mastermind Development.
The 11-story building in East Tremont contains 153 apartments that range from studios to three-bedroom units.
The new building also provides free Wi-Fi, a fitness center and a laundry room on each floor.
"This is so spacious for me and my four children," added Monique Salvary, from Parkchester.
Over 100 families are scheduled to move into the new building by the end of the month.
