A 26-year-old Long Island woman has been indicted in
the death of an 87-year-old woman
in New York City.
Lauren Pazienza,26, formally of Port Jefferson,
was charged with fatally shoving 87-year-old Barbara Gustern to the ground in March.
Pazienza has been indicted by a Manhattan grand jury.
Court records show Pazienza is charged with one count of first-degree manslaughter and two counts of second-degree assault, all felonies.
Pazienza is due back in court in May.
