Tenants living in the Longwood section of the borough say they're fed up with their postal service.
According to residents at 1115 Intervale Ave., the building hasn't had a designated mail carrier since it opened about three years ago, which has led to a host of headaches.
Tenants complain that they go for days without any mail and when it does come, it's always late. They say inadequate delivery has even cost them late fees on bills.
Community Board Chairman Rafael Salamanca says that poor mail delivery is a widespread problem affecting hundreds in his district. He's calling on the Bronx postmaster general to address the issues.
News 12 reached out to the U.S. Postal Service and it says it will also contact the postmaster.
