Mike Savino, a manager at Proline Car Stereo, says getting speaker upgrades are a basic and inexpensive way to get a quality sound system started.

Savino says any person can get an "ideal" car audio system within their budget. His shop customizes stereo systems but also offers tints, alarms, remote starters and more.
