The "Love & Hip Hop" star who claims rapper Remy Ma assaulted her was in court on Monday.
Brittney Taylor, who has legal problems of her own, is also being charged with assault in a separate criminal case. Remy Ma is accused of assaulting Taylor in a Manhattan apartment back in June.
On Monday, a judge agreed to plea deal that will require Taylor to stay out of trouble for six months in order for her assault charge to be dropped.
"This means that the case will be dismissed provided that she does no transgressions or contact with the police at that time the case will be over and she will continue to do the great things and live her life and hopefully be as successful as she is," attorney Joey Jackson said.
Taylor is scheduled to officially accept the plea dea at her next court appearance on Aug. 21.
