A man is accused of robbing a livery driver at gunpoint and taking off in his cab, police say. 

The incident happened Saturday on Stephens Avenue.

Police say the suspect acted as a passenger before he pulled out a gun and demanded money from the driver. 

The driver ran out of the car and the suspect drove off with his cab, also stealing a cellphone and $25. 

Police say the car was later found abandoned.
