Newly released video shows a man pushing a 72-year-old agent to the ground.
News 12 is told the incident happened in November in Sunset Park.
The man was seen fleeing in a gray Nissan Rogue on Fifth Avenue.
The traffic agent was treated for bruising and back pain. They are in stable condition.
