A man is facing charges related to a shooting incident at the Dominican Parade, the NYPD tells News 12.
Officials say Samuel Kearny, of the Bronx, was arrested and charged on Aug. 20, after allegedly shooting a 19-year-old in July.
They say Kearny allegedly got into a physical altercation with the victim on
July 27 at 170 Street and Grand Concourse. Officials say that’s when he discharged his firearm, striking the victim in the neck.
The charges include attempted murder, assault, reckless endangerment, and criminal possession of a weapon.
