A man has been arrested in connection to a barn fire that took place in upstate New York last week, killing over two dozen racehorses.
Police have arrested 32-year-old Boyd Fenton and charged him with third-degree arson, third-degree burglary, second-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree assault.
