Carjacking chaos unfolds in Mill Basin: 72-year-old woman in walker struck, another knocked to the ground

Police have identified the man who was fatally shot in West Farms on Sunday.

Chanler Reams, 25, was found shot in the head inside his apartment building at 2111 Southern Boulevard. EMS pronounced him dead on scene.

No arrests have been made and there is no description of the perpetrator.
