Enoch Rosado, 67, of the Bronx was arrested in connection to the death of 35-year-old Miguel Batiz.

Officers discovered Batiz with stab wounds throughout his body around 4 a.m. Wednesday at 1138 East 229th St. EMS pronounced Batiz dead on scene, according to the NYPD.
