A man was killed at the Van Cortlandt Park-242nd Street subway station, police say.

Officers found the man unconscious and unresponsive around 3 a.m. Wednesday after responding to a 911 call for an assault.

Authorities say EMS rushed him to NewYork-Presbyterian Allen Hospital, where he died.

Keith Plummer, 68, of Queens was arrested just before 5 p.m. and charged with manslaughter.

The victim has not been identified as of Wednesday evening and details about what led up to the deadly attack were not immediately made available.
