A man involved in a kidnapping and Bitcoin robbery in Danbury was sentenced to 15 years in prison.

Prosecutors say Adam Iza helped plan a violent kidnapping and attempted Bitcoin robbery.

They say he helped fund the scheme two years ago.

He told six other men to target the parents of a man who had stolen hundreds of millions of dollars in Bitcoin, according to prosecutors.

Iza pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit robbery.
