A 41-year-old man who was shot aboard a Bx36 bus in Parkchester has died from his injuries.
Police sources say an argument erupted between riders just after 2:30 p.m. Monday near East Tremont Avenue and White Plains Road.
Witnesses tell News 12 a man took out a gun and fired about three shots aboard the crowded bus.
Crime scene tape surrounded the Bx36 as officers collected evidence.
The man was struck in the abdomen, according to the NYPD.
Paramedics rushed him to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi, where he died.
The 41-year-old's identity has not been released as of Monday evening.
