A 38-year-old man was fatally shot in the face in Williamsburg Tuesday.

Police blocked off a portion of Bushwick Avenue near Ainslee Street to take a closer look at the crime scene. Neighbors tell News 12 they witnessed an argument before the shooting.

“We heard the sirens, and the victim was lying on the sidewalk and neighbors were surrounding him and they took him away,” a neighbor tells News 12.

Police say the victim was sitting in his car when he was shot.

No arrests have been made at this time.
