Police are investigating two separate stabbing incidents in Brooklyn, including one victim being stabbed in the eye.
The NYPD says the first incident took place in the Flatlands neighborhood. According to officers, two men got into an argument shortly after 9 p.m. on East 54th Street that ended with one of them being stabbed in the eye.
The victim was taken to Brookedale Hospital in stable condition. The suspect was arrested with charge pending.
The second stabbing took place hours later in the Crown Heights neighborhood. Police say a man was stabbed in the torso following a dispute with another man. It's unknown what the argument was about or if the two men knew each other.
The victim was taken to a hospital in stable condition. No arrests have been made at this time.
