Police have released a sketch of a man who is wanted for forcibly touching boys at Seton Falls Park in Edenwald.

Authorities say the suspect struck three times - the first in early August, then again in September and most recently on Oct. 3. Police say the victims range in age from 12 to 15 years old. The incidents occurred in a heavily wooded section of the park.

In two of the cases, police say the suspect offered the boys money to help carry his bags, lured them into the park and began touching them. In one of the incidents, they say he exposed himself, began to masturbate and asked the 15-year-old victim to have sex with him. The suspect then touched the victim's groin area over his clothing.

No injuries were reported in any of the cases.

Authorities say the suspect is a black male in his 30s and stands about 5 feet 3 inches tall with a slim build, shaved head and foreign accent. He was seen wearing brown sandals, a blue T-shirt and black shorts during at least one of the incidents. The suspect also has a crescent-shaped scar above his right eye.
