Police say a man wearing yellow gloves and a blue surgical mask robbed a bank in Sheepshead Bay at gunpoint Friday.
The man entered Popular Bank, located at 1619 Sheepshead Bay Road just before 3:30 p.m.
He demanded money from a bank employee while holding them at gunpoint and escaped with an unknown amount of cash, according to police.
The employee was not injured during the robbery.
