Manhattan Jaspers hoopsters hope for win against Wagner
The Manhattan men?s basketball players were hoping to give their new head coach his first win with the Jaspers when the team battled Wagner.
The matchup was the first time the teams met on the hardwood in several years. The Manhattan Jaspers were up 35-30 at the break. The Jaspers went on to beat Wagner 63-60 in a close game.
Head Coach Barry Rohrssen says while the win is significant to him, the players deserve the credit because they put in the work on the court.
