Massapequa rifle team still on target in pandemic

Thanks to the pandemic, some high school sports have gone virtual for competitions. It means a little less noise at the pool, on the track and even at the rifle range.
Massapequa athletes and coaches on the rifle team say the experience of never actually seeing their opponents face-to-face and having to wait on who wins is a bit weird, but they're glad to be in action.
The rifle team has been around for more than 50 years. In the 1950s their head coach was Alex Baldwin, the patriarch of one of Massapequa's most famous families.
