A cleanup is officially underway in Kingsbridge after a massive fire destroyed multiple businesses Wednesday morning at West 231st Street.
The FDNY confirms the fire started inside the Cold Cut City Bunny Deli. The fire then ripped through a meat and seafood market, a barbershop and a hair salon— five businesses that Bronx residents say make the strip a valuable part of the community.
The FDNY says it still doesn’t know what caused the fire.
