Mayor Bill de Blasio announced the Open Storefronts program Wednesday to help businesses hit hard during the pandemic.
Starting this Friday, Oct. 30 through Dec. 31, businesses can utilize sidewalk space directly in front of their storefront.
Businesses on existing Open Streets can use the curb lane directly in front of the store.
