Mayor: City to focus on community outreach, education, testing to bring down numbers in COVID hot spots
Mayor Bill de Blasio said Tuesday in a news conference that this week is another week to reset and prepare by keeping COVID-19 numbers down in “hot spot” neighborhoods.
