Mayor: Randomized COVID-19 testing consent form sent to parents as new safety measure for schools
Mayor Bill de Blasio said in a tweet Thursday that schools will start randomized COVID-19 testing with students.
The mayor says the work to keep schools open and safe is ongoing.
He says a consent form was sent home to families this week, and encouraged parents to sign and return them immediately.
