The medical examiner has determined that a teenager who died in police custody died by suicide.
This comes days after a rally was held outside of the 41st Precinct in The Bronx, where 18-year-old Saniyah Cheatham was held. Cheatham's family says she was on her way home from a cookout when she got into a fight with her girlfriend and was arrested for disorderly conduct.
