Friends and family of a fatal hit-and-run victim gathered Monday night to remember their loved one.
Those who gathered at the memorial service for 72-year-old Orlando Savino say he was generally happy and rarely complained, even while he was in pain going to dialysis twice a week.
Savino was struck and killed by a black Ford on Nov. 17 at the intersection of Nereid and Richardson avenues.
