Main Street in Huntington offers some great
businesses for Long Islanders to enjoy.
News 12’s Caroline Flynn stopped at various locations to
see what they have to offer.
The bakery opened in October after months
of delay to the pandemic.
News 12 also took a trip to
Munday’s to check
out the well-known breakfast spot.
The restaurant switched owners in March 2020 just
a week before the restaurant was forced to shut down due to the pandemic.
People can choose an ice cream base of chocolate, vanilla or strawberry and then add their favorite cereal to it.
The business also provided curbside pickup for
game lovers during the height of the pandemic and virtual opportunities for
children to play Dungeons and Dragons.
Huntington is certainly known for its nightlife, but business owners say it's been a little slow to return from the pandemic. They hope that will change when
The Paramount has performances and shows once again. The first is scheduled for next month.
