News 12 Storm Watch Team Meteorologist Hope Osemwenkhae says Christmas Eve will see sun and clouds with a chill in the air.
She says a splendid Christmas is ahead with dazzling sunshine and magical temps in the 50s. It stays unseasonably mild next week with showers returning Tuesday evening through Thursday.
Sunday (Christmas Eve): Clouds and sun and chilly. Highs near 48. Lows near 41.
Monday (Christmas Day): Sun and clouds, cool and pleasant. Highs near 51. Lows near 43.
Tuesday (Kwanzaa): Mostly cloudy, cool, chance of PM showers. Highs near 52. Lows near 45.
Wednesday: Cloudy, milder, chance of showers. Highs near 55. Lows near 47. 
Thursday: Chance of showers. Partly sunny and cool. Highs near 51. Lows near 39.
Friday: Sun and clouds, chilly. Highs near 46. Lows near 35.
