- A wind advisory is in effect from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. today. Westerly winds between 20-25 mph with gusts up to 45-50 mph are expected. Downed trees, isolated power outages and scattered holiday decorations are likely this afternoon.
- A light wintry mix will move through our area through 8 a.m. A quick burst of snow can reduced visibility around 6 a.m. to 7 a.m. Wet and slick roads are expected through 10 a.m. Temperatures are very cold this morning in the upper 30s with wind chills are in the upper 20s to low 30s.
- It will be drier with gusty winds and falling temperatures late this afternoon. Wind chills will be in the low to mid 20s with gusts up to 50mph.
- Wake-up wind chills will be in the teens Friday morning with ineffective sunshine.
- It will be bitter and blustery through Saturday. Highs in the 30s with wind chills in the 20s. Temperatures start to rebound Sunday through next week with highs in the 50s. Rain returns Monday into Tuesday. A potentially bigger storm is possible on Wednesday. Stay tuned for updates.
