Mother claims autistic son was subjected to abuse, torture in kindergarten at Bronxville school

The mother of a former student at a school in Bronxville says her son was subjected to horrible abuse and torture while he was in kindergarten.
Maria Kelly's lawsuit names Saint Joseph School, the New York Archdiocese and the school's principal, Mary Ellen Sanchez.
Kelly's son, identified as J.K., is autistic.
The lawsuit says that Sanchez allegedly inflicted corporal punishment on J.K, which included hitting, yelling and violently grabbing him.
She says J.K., who is now 7 years old, continues to suffer psychological trauma and may never fully recover.
An Archdiocese spokesman says they have not seen the lawsuit but are unable to comment on any pending litigation.
