The pre-K class at St. Raymond Elementary School graduated in a Hollywood-themed ceremony on Wednesday.

The class sang songs before receiving their certificates.

Parents say they are proud of the success of their children throughout the year.

"I was so proud of her," Queenette Nwobodo said of her daughter. "She had an amazing school year and wonderful teachers. So I was happy she was just enjoying herself in the moment."

Keeping with the Hollywood theme, the songs the children sang were Oscar-nominated pieces.
