New Jersey native and rock ‘n’ roll icon Jon Bon Jovi will be honored as MusiCares’ “Person of the Year” ahead of February’s Grammy Awards.

Bon Jovi will be honored for his musical achievements and his charity work – including his Jon Bon Jovi Soul Foundation.

Bon Jovi is the second New Jersey native to receive the honor. Bruce Springsteen was named “Person of the Year” in 2013.
