Gov. Phil Murphy announced Wednesday at his COVID-19 briefing that New Jersey is lifting the ban on interstate indoor youth sports competitions.
They are set to resume May 19.
Outdoor interstate sports were permitted to resume in March.

The state had banned all interstate youth and high school sports in November, as coronavirus numbers began to rise again.
