A Bronx man was arrested on Thursday, accusing of slashing an MTA conductor in the face at the Whitlock Avenue station.

Isaiah Thompson, 29, is charged with seven counts of assault, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing.

Police say Thompson was on a Manhattan-bound 6 train on June 10 when he got off the train at Whitlock Avenue and slashed a female conductor in the face with a sharp object.

The 36-year-old conductor was on the train and looking up and down the platform when the attack happened.

Sources say Thompson is known to police for similar assaults.

City data shows there have been 255 felony assaults in the transit system, with 93 assaults on police officers and MTA workers, as of May 25.
