Police arrested Hari Valdez of the Bronx for allegedly setting a car on fire in New Rochelle.
Police say the incident happened Sunday inside a Huguenot Street parking garage, a vehicle owned by his ex-wife who lived in the building.
Following an investigation, Valdez, who also has six active arrest warrants out of Croton, was charged with arson and criminal mischief.
