New Rochelle police seeks public's help to find missing man with schizophrenia
New Rochelle police are asking for the public's help to find a missing man who suffers from schizophrenia.
They say 66-year-old William "Bill" Allen left his assisted living facility earlier this month.
He not only suffers from schizophrenia, but also alcohol abuse.
Allen is originally from Yorktown and was last seen wearing a dark blue jacket, blue jeans, grey sneakers and a baseball cap.
Police say he is about 5 feet 11 inches tall, weighs 160 pounds, has blue eyes and long grey hair.
He also has scabs on his hands and arms.
Anyone who may see Allen should contact the police.
