A new state-of-the art retail complex is heading to Hunts Point.
The complex will be built at the busy intersection of Southern Boulevard and E. 163rd Street. The 40,000-square-foot complex will be called "The Crossing" and will feature the Dollar Tree, Bank of America, Dunkin' Donuts, McDonald's and a Red Lobster.
It is the first-ever venture in the Bronx by Blumenfeld Development Group. David Blumenfeld says it's a great site with lots of traffic.
The Crossing will be the largest retail space of its kind in the area. It's expected to be completed by the spring of 2016.
