The New York City Football Club is set to play its first game of the season at Yankee Stadium and local businesses are expecting packed houses.
Ever since NYCFC played its inaugural season last year, thousands of fans have been packing the bars surrounding the stadium to support the club.
On River Avenue, Stan's Bar owner Mike Rendino says he's used to baseball fans filling up the space when the Yankees are in town and is still adjusting to the new soccer crowd.
As an added bonus, both Stan's and Billy's Sports Bar are giving $10 discounts on tickets for the March 18 and March 26 games.
