The city has selected developers to build new units of affordable housing in the Bronx, Brooklyn and Manhattan.
According to the Daily News, there will be a total of 400 units on 67 small, vacant and publicly owned lots.
Chosen developers include six nonprofits and two minority- or women-owned firms. This includes local company Bronx-pro.
Units will be built in Fordham and Melrose in the Bronx, as well as other neighborhoods in Manhattan and Brooklyn.
