A new Web site is offering free counsel and appeal assistance for people who have received parking tickets. ?It?s really a revolutionary way for people to deal with their tickets, there?s no guesswork,? says Glen Bolofsky of parkingticket.com.The company, which assists people with tickets for violations such as expired meters and double-parked cars, is offering an online function that discovers if there are grounds for a ticket?s dismissal. The company?s Web site requires users to type in their ticket number and answer a serious of questions. The user is then told if there are potential grounds for dismissal. In order to find out what those reasons are, users are asked to pay 50 percent of the ticket cost. If an appeal is lost, the company will return the money. To make the process easier, parkingticket.com is also working on a function that will send out the appeal paperwork to the city.
