Dunkin' employees and a customer are facing possible criminal charges after a "hot white chocolate" order turned into a violent store dispute in New Windsor

What started out as a typical Dunkin' drive-thru order quickly escalated to violence Monday on Little Britain Road.

Jaciara Hakim says she was punched a dozen times in the face and head by a manager and had her hair ripped out by a second worker after she complained about their customer service.

"The manager on the phone got really nasty with me and said they didn't have any hot white chocolate, there's a sign on the board and I need to read the sign," says Hakim.

She gave News 12 cellphone video showing some of what happened. A woman is heard screaming for one of the employees to stop. Hakim's 7-year-old daughter is also heard crying in the car.

News 12 went to the Dunkin' store to find out more about what happened.

Two managers said by phone they couldn't comment but that store video of the incident was provided to authorities.

However, 

New Windsor police say harassment charges could be filed against the workers and customer - who was ordered to stay away from the store.

New Windsor police say Dunkin’ surveillance video has not been turned over to authorities. The district attorney’s office is expected to review the case, and charges could come next week.
