New York marks lowest statewide infection rate since Nov. 3
New
York is reporting some of the lowest COVID-19 numbers seen since November.
The
statewide infection rate dropped to 1.6% on Friday, the lowest since Nov. 3. Hospitalizations
dropped to just over 2,700, the lowest since Nov. 23.
